Will Livorsi thottles fit?

My TG has Marine Machine thottles and shifters. I hate em!!!

They are the older style and the tension can not be adjusted. I was told I could tighten them up somewhat by tightening the screw on the side. That works to some extent, but not acceptable. If I let go of them while cruising, they flop down to about idle. When coming up on plane they are sticky and not very smooth.

Was thinking about installing Livorsi throttles and I have a couple of questions:

Will Livorsi thottles cover up all screw holes from MM?
If I configure the Livorsi thottles to be canted forward, will my hand hit the dash or is there plenty of room?
Will I have to cut?

Anyone want some MM throttles and shifters???

The spring on my throttles is at the carb assembly attached to the blowers, you can take the spring out if it is the case on your rig.

I have Lantham sticks however.

Good idea. But. . . . .

There are springs on each of my throttle bodies.
I tried that removing one on each motor. That didn't work well. No difference on throttle resistance, and I would have to slam the throttles down to make the motors idle back down below 1500.
Hooked spring back up and motors idle down properly.

Look at the Livorsi BIllit throttles. Great stuff. You can get the overall measurements off the web-site. They should fit without a problem.

I have three screws on my MM controls and adjusted those to get the tension I wanted. If that does work I have some Gaffrig and would trade for your MM.
