If you can beat his price by $1,000 somewhere else, go somewhere else. You will find after a few months you have nowhere to turn for service or info of any kind.

Wasting time trying to haggle him because dealer "X" will cut his cost by a fraction, will get you nowhere but the door.

He is not in the business to soley move product. He is in the business to create the ultimate boating experience possible for his customers who demand the best.

Here's a few for Stinger. It's a '92 42 Revolution that is maintained by Dorr's Marine Engines here in Maine. She's got triple 588" 750 Hawks and Speedmaster IV's. It's a monster!

I have never bought a boat from Phil. I have always done business with the Martins. . I called Phil one day to inquire about some Herring props for my Playboy, he was not there when I called but he called me back and talked to me about the props for about twenty minutes(on his dime) and convinced me they were not worth the price for my boat. You got to appreciate a straight shooter who is not just after your money!
