Was that Jeffrey's tow rig ? 2 1/2 back from the bow stop ? not cool....I tow it about a foot back puts the transom even with the bunk

Yes, but I'm sure there was a good reason. Proabably had something to do with tongue weight.

My bow stop on my trailer is the same way. If it is in place, can't load or unload without issues. I loosen the bolts, slide it forward when launching. Load it up when done & slide it back into place. Didn't have this problem when ramping my top gun but it is an issue when ramping my 47.

I own that old Jalopy now, the bow stop is welded, as Tank said its from the lack of tow rig.......
