I was the high bidder on that boat, but below reserve. He offered me the boat for around $8k or $9k (I forget) but I was having a slow month and got cold feet.
I called him back on ita month ago, but he told me it went out to a buyer in Ohio around April.

There is a Cig 24 on Boattrader in Pompano FL, asking $10k right now
That "cig" 24 on boat trader doesn't look like any 24' Cigarette I've ever seen. Looks more like the 24' Excalibur/Python/Pantera/Monza/BRT/etc. hull............???

Thats gonna be a sweet boat. Sure hope you're gonna repair that rear seat bulkhead - I've never seen anyone cut that out...don't need to, even with a big block and transmission.......most guys up here have made that into a full bulkhead instead of letting it float above the stringers, to help stop the "shoebox" twisting of the hull and the stress cracks on the deck in the corners of the cockpit that result from it. Can't wait to see it finished..................

Looking good Rick. I know when I asked you about it in Jacksonville, I saw your face light up.

Can't wait to see the finished project.
