the little boat that started it all for me. it's a '75' searay srv190. i restored it from the stringers up. all the glass, paint, rigging, upholstery and engine work was done by myself.

i know it's really not an "off shore" boat but it is old school and it's a real sleeper and a pretty good lake erie boat.

Here's my '84 Formula 242LS. I pulled the tired 350 SBC and built a 388 SBC with EFI.

So how did that rig finally work out...last I read you were still focusing.

I am always amazed how much room there is to work around in these boats with a single engine!!

Everything has been great. I'll be installing a Corsa switchable exhaust in the spring and hydraulic steering. At 4,400 RPM its at 46mph. Looking forward to seeing how uncorking the exhaust will help. It's nice touching the key and having it start right up. No pumping, no fuel smells and much better fuel economy.

Maybe not offshore, but a great looking sleeper! I have a 1979 SRV 207 myself. Do you have a build thread anywhere?

Nik
