That's pretty fast for sure
It feels like this Super Sport could crack 60 given a bit more tweaking.
Do you recall the prop diameter and pitch and the RPMs @WOT? |
I will have to look back in my notes and see if I have any info can't remember off the top of my head. I remember that it was a chopper style prop The Volvo E Drive was there version of a speedmaster. It had dual vertical shafts and a little bullet nose cone.

My Volvo E drive had a stainless Michigan Wheel gold cup prop. Worked well and yes, the boat is a Bayliner, hull #44 of the 1982 Cobra series, foam core and layed up glass construction. No paint, the color is in the gel coat. They only made 50 of these, one per week for a year; I had hull nos. 9 (white and blue) and 44 (tan hull, red and blue).

of all the old 475 Turbo motors that came in the S- Types and Fountains made with the turbo motors you sure don't see any of them around or on this site. |
