Thanks for the answers. One more- what year were the decks changed over to the style I have?

I believe some were around 84 or 85 I would have to talk to Warren to find the exact dates. But Michael Reagan's boat was built in 84 and was the KAAMA style deck and yours was built in 88 there were only two other 38s built in between your boats in 87

Apparently the owner of mine actually had 2 38's built this one I'm told is the sister ship to mine built 1 year earlier. It seems to have disappeared after being sold out of the country and damaged in a race.

That is your boat before it was converted to inboards Mickey had a 43 build also before that boat but it had the first 43 bottom that didn't work very well and wanted Larry to buy it back. That was in 87

I always thought mine was the one in the pic above, but just found out recently Mills had two 38s built. The one above which was raced and vanished and mine which was built 1 yr later, never raced and converted to I/O by TNT while mills still owned it. * so I guess the one in the pic could be mine or the other one

I talked to a guy who's name I forget (foreign name) who swears he facilitated the sale of the first 38 out of the country and told me mills then had another identical one built which would be the one I own.
