Any info about this boat company?
I just got back from look at a 1978 SIGNATURE ( they told me it was a cigarette..... they where wrong) . Does any one know about this boat company? Thanks Jim

The 27' Signature was built in N. Miami on 188 st.
It also was a pop off of the 27 Magnum with a different deck.
They were in business for a few years. The owner was gunned down & killed on I-95. Tommy Adams was his name.

I have one friend that has a 30' Signature and an other that has a Kevlar 38' , Excellent hulls . They are posted in the old school rides section by Mr Cig.

Here the only one that raced in Open 1 class in the middle of the seventies.
Spirit of America drived by the same designer/builder Tom Adams in 1976 and like Natural Light in 1977 with Richard Farrel.
In 1978,lost the sponsorships of Bernie Little,the boat come back in the hands of Adams like Signature Marine Special.

There used to be quite a few Signature 27' Race boats; Crazy Greek, Lady L, Adios Gringo, Aft R U, Liquidator... just the ones I can remember...

What would be the right price on this boat project. Motors out and torn down, no floors or bulkhead, all the trs drives and trannys are there but need a go over and new gas tanks and seats are need aswell. Thanks Jim
