I'm three months late on this as well..Thanks for the compliment.... We actually built one other hull identical to the 35' Jesse James, for Stu Hayim. Stu insisted on different powerplants and setup and the performance, predictably, was nothing like the Lavin's experienced. When Mark was killed I was negotiating the sale of approximately 6 of that design with some people from Japan. As I have stated too often, I lost all interest in building boats after Mark's death and we completed only those boats that were under construction (Captain America and What-a-Package), and later accepted the project from Mark's father to build the big 4 engine superboat.
