Steeb,you are making some confusion with the hull #3;
it was originally American Eagle of Tom Gentry and Richie Powers in the 1976.Then the boat was sold to Bernie Little,boss of the beer brand Anheuser Bush and it made race Joe Ippolito in 1977.
Then The boat was purchased by Barcenas that rename it Panama Hawk.
Tom Gentry then purchased in 1978 a second 35' from Weichselbaum his Mighty Mouse ex Conspiracy and as Richie Powers tells us, sent the boat in Australia to race in that championship as American Eagle.
About the Banshee I know little. Runs without success in 1977 and 1978 the championship USA with a certain W.Cole.
I am a great deal some that then that boat become the Daddy Cool.

Sorry steeb,but in the list you must keep out the name Michelob Light on hull #3.
never raced a 35' like Michelob Light but only three Scarab 38',with the same Ippolito and Cook.

On page 283 in Searace about the 78 Bacardi race it says "Jerry Jacoby and his 35´ cigarette Ajac Hawk, the boat in which Tom Gentry had won the ´76 world title and six races, finished third". Was hull #3 the Ajac Hawk before it became Panama Hawk? In that case it should be;
Hull # 3 American Eagle became Anheuser Busch Natural Light later Ajac Hawk then later Panama Hawk.
Here is what I belive are the diffrent hulls, the left the 35 and the right the 37,6 X.

Steeb,about the two Ajac Hawk you are right.
You can put the name Ajac Hawk after that of Anheuser Bush Natural Light.
About the two photos of the Bounty Hunter with the #16 and #51 are the same boat however, but in two different years,1977 for the first shot and 1978 in the Cowes-Torquay-Cowes race in the second.

About the 35' Slingshot it's possible was the former 35' American Eagle that Gentry brought in Australia as 7xchamp said in a post above.
The strange thing is that Richie has said that that 35' it was the former Mighty Mouse but while the 35' American Eagle raced in Australia there was a 35' Mighty Mouse that raced in Usa.....
The Whippy's Eagle was a 36' ex American Eagle of the 1973. An error of writing for a race on Searace.
I know only a Mr.Terrible Scarab 38' former Ippolito's Outrageous/Michelob Light. I think it was that you spoke.
Champagne Mumm of Robert Cook,former Bloodhound,probably was the former Doxford's 35' Peter Stuyvesant/Limit Up.
