Looks like there is enough good parts there to warrant buying it, provided the price was right. Then "donate" the hull to your local Housing Authority, maybe even get a tax write off for the donation?

I'm actually kind of surprised the other drive and the external steering rams haven't been snatched off of it, being that it sits in a field like that and looks like its been there for a long time.

If you do a search for Pantera 38, a thread comes up where Joe claims they built 4 38's.

Rob is correct. They built a few 38s back in the 90s.
But i think this statement is throwing some off.
