Default What kind of boat is this???

Hi I consider to buy this boat, the present owner do not know
what kind of brand it is? is it Cigarett? Scarab? Magnum?

the present owner..... the guy with the legal title and ownership and regestration papers, doesn't know who made it ?

and you are thinking of taking money out of your pocket and giving it to him ?

please..... call me if you are looking for some nice swamp land in florida.... and i have one of the best bridges ever made for sale as well

The first 3 letters of the serial number stamped on the transom will tell you who the manufacturer is. If the present owner has the title it will be on there. There's a website that will tell you the manufacturer just by the first three letters.

Oh, and it looks like a Magnum to me.

Usually on the transom right side below the rub rail.

this hull must be from late 70s they had hin codes back then?

I'll go with the Magnum thing also. I have worked on a few of them in the past. The ones I use to service didnt have the EURO windshield but the standard type we see today.
