Finally learned how to post you tube videos up. Heres a quick video of my new motor in the boat. Let me know what you think. Now I just need to figure out which prop will work the best. Talked with Brett (BBlades) and he told me to start with the Mirage 23P get the speed and RPM's and we'll go from there. I know she won't be a fast boat but I'd like to get her into the 50 mph range...

We had an awesome day on the St. Johns River. Ran north to Highbanks Marina for lunch and some fresh Gator tail, cold beers and good friends. Then headed south to Gators Landing for dinner and a few more beers and the best burgers on the river. Great day even with the rain...

Great stuff John...Just for the $hit of it...have you thought about a Bravo III lower for that rig? I'm thinking prop slip is going to hurt you...heavy boat with a single engine. You have enough power to bite some water...a Bravo III lower would be sweet on your rig and would get that bad boy up and pulling hard very quickly. I'm thinking 50's and get there fast.

Whats up Sprink haven't heard from you in a while. That may be the ticket, I'll have to keep an eye out for a great deal. I just had my Bravo 1 totally rebuilt top to bottom. That was an expensive little neccessity during last winters Face and Buttlift project...

CC. I'll be headed to the Glenn Labor Day weekend. If you make it up this way look for me...

We're toying with going up there, all I have right now is a ski boat I just got running, not sure about Lake George on a ski boat! It will keep me on the water while I do the Scorpion though.

CC, dude pull up to Astor on Hwy 40 and put in there. You will only be about 2-3 miles from the Glenn. Once you cross through the cattle gates you're only a 1/2 mile to the happy land. If you decide to come up let me know.I'm off the entire weekend and will be there most days and probably stay over one night, depending on how wrecked we get...

That's usually where we put in, I've been going there since the early '80's. I had some relatives that lived directly across the lake from the Glenn, that was nice!
