I finally got the motor figured out. The optic pick up in the distributor had mutiple cracks in it and was cross firing all over the place. Found a new one on ebay and replaced it. Running great now. New video posted on my FB page. If anyone knows how to post it on here please let me know. Just waiting on a crane to put her back in the boat...

Well I'm still waiting for a crane truck to swing the motor back in, so I re-rigged the enine compartment. New drain lines, blower hoses, bilge pump, auto float and hoses and all new wire loom on every wire bundle. I also painted the bottom side of the hatches. A little extra attention to detail goes a long way. I'm hoping to get the motor back in this week. Keep your fingers crossed for me...

Well the crane guy came through for me and we got the motor installed. Only a few odds and ends to get her completely ready to run. Need to have a longer remote oil filter hose made and some other really small stuff like hose clamps, fuel line and hook up the electric fuel pump. I'm so excited to have a motor back in the engine bay and getting her back on the water real soon...
