above right, fuel tanks vent
left exhaust, bilge pump (big one) outlet. I've taken a wave over the transom and don't have the duckbills Archer mentioned.
The one in the center is a stern light. Like to run in the evening when its a bit calmer where I boat so the drag boat has lights.
I think I still have the guy's name somewhere who make the Biese tags still today. Something like 125 bucks.

PS, I stole the idea for the paint off this old Biese picture.

I'm beginning to think mine is 1958. I see the exact same one in a picture. Mine has the V at the back below the exhaust whereas yours has the V between the exhaust. I can't figure out how to attach pictures here but I can email you if you provide an email address.

According to Bill's book they were only made in 1959. In 1960 Bill also left the company (Rusty was already gone) and the company closed down shortly after.
