sweet find. Make sure you check the rear bulk head, stringers, and transom for rot. Some of the pythons were made very well some were not. I looked at a few when I first got into this sport and rot issues had gotten the best of them. What does the boat run with 330 hp?

as far as what it may be worth? $2500 to 25 thousand. first price being totally trashed, which yours is not by a long shot. the high end is if it is perfect in every way and you find a rich guy who is looking for that exact boat, won't settle for a pantera or a superboat...yours, at a glance looks like it is in the 9 to 14k range. the removed lettering that shows the diff color of gelcoat from fading is a slight depreciating factor. good looking boat. keep that cast crank under 5000 rpm...what is that drive? bravo with nose cone or something expensive?

And yes its a bravo one with a nosecone. Came off a built 540 i was told it was upgraded. I am running a 23 pitch 3 blade cleaver style on loan to test it out. Probably not the best? It runs 4200 with the drive burried and 4500 if i trim it up a bit.
And yes thats 55 on gps on.my phone

I would say do some work on the trim. The boat should fly level even trimmed up a bit and you have trim tabs to help you land. Here is a simple rule of thumb, the wake should be breaking right under your feet when you are at speed. If it is breaking off the hull in front of you, you have the drive trimmed too low. If the prop is blowing out, you are too high. Also, probably not worth the work, but a nose cone usually doesn't help and can actually hurt performance if you are under 70mph. A 1.5 ratio bravo in front of 330hp motor is going to want around a 21P prop. A stock merc 454 needs to turn 4400-4600, a mag wants 4600-4800rpm full out.
