You can tell a KAAM boat by the weird transom shelf behind the engines.

Please tell us more. What year? what are those engines now? How are the Kaamas holding up? what speeds? Transom still dry?

I don't have any weird shelf. Might just be something with that model boat?

Fine thanks. Mine is a Formula also. Has the same transom as all the other 357s (inside and out). Even had a silent thunder on it. Not sure if the silent thunder was actually original, but it fit just fine.

Right, so no shelf on yours? My other friends 302 had it. seemed to trap water, actually was in the way when worked on an H style trans to drive U joint . so be it
