Fine thanks. Mine is a Formula also. Has the same transom as all the other 357s (inside and out). Even had a silent thunder on it. Not sure if the silent thunder was actually original, but it fit just fine.

Right, so no shelf on yours? My other friends 302 had it. seemed to trap water, actually was in the way when worked on an H style trans to drive U joint . so be it
