I don't think he is ever getting out.On the one hand If he did hire a guy to kill someone then he probably does not need out. Whether he did or not is speculative at best. On the other hand people have flat out killed someone and got out in 10 yrs. If Don really stiffed him for a cool million then he probably has served his time. Next is the helicopter escape attempt. That does not help his case.. Next is the covid thing. I think he is now 65 or so and and can not self isolate and in a prison population ,That makes him at greater risk of contraction and death. But who knows.

Kramer is in jail for money laundering proceeds from the sale of marijuana. I realize he also pled guilty to the murder of Don Aronow to either, change prisons or maybe he did have something to do with it?....I don't think he did but that doesn't matter. If they released him in Michigan he could return to the pot business and be 100% legal. Leaving the concern would he kill/have killed anyone? I don't think he would. 32 years is a long time I think he's paid his tab.

Crazy how so many folks have done worse and served less time to be free again. The helicopter escape plan was gold. We need a biopic for Ben to happen. Couldn’t write this stuff any better!
and for the record, i don’t think Ben ordered the hit. I think he might know, but if anything Ben was close enough to be guilty by association. That’s it.
