I'd like to see 4 of the Seven Marine CTS-V outboards on that bad boy.

I remember the first DI test I saw they said it weighed 16,500lbs. I thought that was a bit much for a 36' boat even with quads...

Has anyone put suspension seats in a DI? If so how much did they cost?

That weight was off considerably... The boats don't weigh 16,500lbs....

Yeah that's what I was thinking too, didn't sound right...

How much weight does the quad transom add? I think that article said but I don't remember.

We build all the boats with the same materials in the transom now.... The only difference between the triple and quad is just the width of the well area.
The transoms are cored with 24lb density foam in 1" layers with two glass layers between each layer of foam, then capped. All get knuckles on the outer joint.
Stringer arrangement changes triples to quad.

I get the stringer and transom foam pre cut via CNC, as well as each layer of fiberglass and core. It is a hand laid vinylester layup, but I took the trimming and overlap factor out of most of it....

Default Deep Impact in Chicago

There was a Deep Impact CC in Chicago with maroon sides , white deck and brown leather interior. The boat was absolutely stunning!!!
