Magic erasers are the best thing to happen to boating since the propeller. Seriously, they can be a lifesaver!

I take mine and use them with a small sanding block. They last 10X longer this way than getting all bunched up using them by hand.

I use them on other hobbies, they clean great but they do have a slight abrasiveness to the so be careful what you scrub you may have to polish it back out again. I also find slicing them with a rezor knife into smaller sizes just as big as you need them helps keep waste down.
