Is aircraft stripper safe for removing paint on a boat???

now that i know that. when i get the boat back from soda blasting, and after i do all the body work i have to do, can i just spot prime where the bare glass is showing, or do i have to prime the whole boat????

I prefer to not prime an entire boat, actually i try and keep overall film thickness as low as i can. Its all going to depend on what kind of shape it is in when it comes back from blasting.
