hi! i found a good deal on a 27 eliminator (hull only)but it has twins. i want a boat with a single.
(i know i know every body seems to like twins but i dont really want two engines sepecially in a 27 foot boat. )
my question: can this boat be converted to single engine? and if so wht would need to be done?
i am a mechanic and do all of my own work so the labor cost is not an issue.
thanks to all for the help in advance!

Did the factory ever offer that hull as a single? i know they do now but not sure what kind of weight difference there is. As long as it has a pod i dont see why it wouldnt work but you may be in uncharted territory. You would need to put a transom in it to start
