w hen my engines were stock Teague drove my boat and said they heat soak which ment the boat was faster before coolant got hot ,what I have learned from the drive to the pump good water pressure not enough back pressure the water went through to fast I put restricters in the hoses on the exhaust no steam runs ALOT cooler look at the restricter on 525s exhaust in the little c hose on riser

My Baja with 496 Mag Ho had less water comming out of the left exhaust from from the time it was brand new, But only when using the fresh water flush.... when it was in the water the flow out the exhaust was even at idle...

Im having the same issue with less water flow from left side qand more steam. Has anyone fixed this or should it be left alone. I have noticed do to water flow left side manifold does run hotter then right. I have checked the ball valves at bottom of rail and they are fine. Should i worry about this or leave it alone.
