Don, I'm just tossing ideas around here, I run 2, 1200 cfm throttle bodies, I ran an M-4 with no problem, when I switched to the 5, I had trouble with the rear throttle plates flipping upside down and sealing off under boost. And after thinking about it I believe it started smoking the belt at the same time. Maybe put a boost gauge before the throttle body just to see how much back pressure you have. I think you need to flow about 2000 cfm to make 1000 hp subtract what it's taking to turn the blower, you're putting a lot of air through that throttle body. Let me know what you find out, I'm curious. Steve Morris was the other Procharger guy. http://www.smreperformance.com/proch...lder-kits.html
I will get more info in the morning. Thanks

I run a 4 inch Ford 5.0 EFI throttle body on mine,it's an M-4, in to a Holley 4150 carb top, with an elbow adapter. Don my moor is a 548 and it made 1125 Hp peak with 1120 ft/lbs of torque peak, 1000 ft lbs of torque starting at 4200. It was a very flat torque curve and made power all the way to a HP peak at 6300. I believe I used 11.5 to 12.0 lbs boost at 6300.

Its on its way, I opted for 2 tensioners, a crank and blower pulley, belt, and a race blow-off valve. Should be here tomorrow sometime. I would guess to have some solid numbers wednesday sometime...
