Default Need a little schooling on bellows replacement - water line

Howdy,

I'm replacing the bellows in my Bravo 1. I'm a little confused about the water line. I see that it attaches to the bell housing with a little plastic insert. The other end disappears into the gimbal housing and through the transom. On the inside of the transom I removed the cover where the hose from the raw water pump attaches (see pic below). What it looks like is that the water hose from the bell housing is held in place by another plastic insert. But really can't tell what I'm looking at. I don't want to make assumptions and tear it all up. Can someone confirm that I need to remove that plastic insert on the inside of the transom, then pull the old water hose out from the outside? Am I seeing this right?

Thanks in advance for any advice!
Stan

Nevermind.. I figured it out. It's an insert like I thought.
