yes it does . but thats not the part that goes bad. the arm and the pin ware!!!!! one inch play is not worth fixing. if you go full hyr. with one cly did two boats and they work great drive does not move at all!!!!!

Just do it right the first time if the ring is loose it will fail.

If the swivel shaft is loose or worn chances are the seal is also bad, thus allowing water to enter the boat
