Im not real sure I ordered the afr marine heads from a shop a few years ago new and the cam also they have since then closed down and im not sure the specs. There is like a serial number or something on the side of the heads I can try and get that number if it helps. I dont really know what to do at this point.

Look on the front of the heads there will be a number like 315 and if there is CNC following the the number then they are 315 CNC AFR heads

This is what they are http://www.airflowresearch.com/index.php?cPath=68_72

So you have no clue what your compression or cam is? Is this a blower motor or N/A.

I made 738HP on my 540 with 315 cnc heads 9.1 compression Edlelbrock victor jr. intake custom cam with a Berry Grant 1000cfm 4150 style carb. I change to a ProSystem dominator 1050cfm carb and a edlebrock 454 victor intake and pick up 3MPH. Dont have any dyno numbers thou.
