any way to test a v6 14 ignnition modual,swaped out the v8 22 for more base timming put a blower on sbc wont go over 3000 rpm :poopoo:

make sure you have at leaste 7psi of fuel pressure before you blow it up..it will bang and pop at 3k if the fuel pressure is low..

Keep in mind, the V6-14 module only gives about 10* of advance on a V8 engine.

if you have a light on it and timing doesn't move while revving, module isn't advancing. very few die, but that is more than none...

what cubic inch?? if your trying to put that blower on a 502 cid your going to need a bigger blower or wine that one up until it exploads..sorry i dont think timing is your problem..i thing your not moving enough air into the engine that it requires..even with a 250 blower your usually around 3psi with around a 3'' blower pully.. |
