Default Any recomendatiosn for replacing the fire proof matierial on the firewall bulhead?

I have my engine out right now and was noticing that the fireproof material that Donzi used on the bulkhead is starting to come apart. Wondering if anyone has any recommendations on what to replace it with. Thanks

none of my boats ever had a fireproof material but they all have or had a automatic extinguishing system.

Not sure if it needs to be fire proof, it's just starting to say. On my dads Donzi classic it's just a foam material. Anyways, if anyone has anything they've used let me know.

I'll look into the bricks Rob.lol
