another rookie question

From reading here I realized that I should not lift my engine from the hoops on the manifold and should use loops that are bolted to the heads 502 Mag
Does anyone know what size and thread pattern I need? are there sets available with the bolt and the hoop or do I just put a bolt through the chain loop with large thick washers?

thanks

3/8-16 in heads. Make sure bolts are tight against chain or they can bend and break. I like to use an old seat belt or a strap. Little easier on stuff than a chain and plenty strong - pounds per inch thing. I've used them to pick up diesel motors with no issues...
