There was a thread going on here that suggested adding a can of hardener to the Rustoleum. I've used both and think I like Bilgecote better, except for the price.

It's at Home Depot in gallon or qt cans. Use a can of Valspar hardener or it takes forever to dry. Mix in the hardner and you can dance on it in and hour.
