Default replacing the gears in my bravo 1 upper

Hello
I broke my u joints which ended up breaking a tooth off one of my driven gears in the upper. I have a new gear set but can't figure out how to get the gears off of my shaft. any help would be much appreciated might have gotten in over my head trying to save some money as usual lol

correction the tooth broke off first then locked up ..motor still wanted to go and the u joints broke ..and yes unless you have the proper tools you are over your head.. not tryin to be a wise guy but unless its shimmed correctly you could poss ruin another set ..as far as removing the gears remove the 15/16 nut on the shaft they will slide off
