Hell ya. Rustoleum and Red Hot, both good stuff! LOL

Trying this from my newer iPad . This is what I started with, removed EVERYTHING and sanded it all down

Finished with a high solids poly from DuPont , 3-4 coats depending on area, I don't think it can get any better!

WOW..nice transformation TJ..I will be pulling engines this winter and considering refinishing the bilge as well..mine is now red and I was considering going to white..how hard was covering or did you sand all the blue off completely first?

We only took it down to what you see. We did work in between the stringers some more after this picture, but we were about 75% done sanding when this picture was taken. It covered in two coats, but liked what we were getting with the 3rd and 4th coat, so we kept going. I should have built my own restoration thread, maybe I still will. This is just before engines going in.
