I bought a one year old GPS speedo at the end of last year on oso and installed it. I ran a wire to the ignition from the speedo, power wire from the antenna to the power block at the helm and ground from the antenna to groundingredients block. Jumped the lights from the tack and the the one wire I think gray from the antenna to the gage. Lights work and when I turn the key the read light turns on but not getting any reading . I did not hook up the tattletale switch yet. Any help or ideas would be great thanks.

this is part of what Bill posted

After running the boat for any length of time, the operator may recall the top speed by hitting the recall switch. This speed will
stay in memory until it is cleared. To clear the memory hold the clear switch for a minimum of ½ second. It is essential that the switch be
returned to the neutral position before resuming operation.

Sounds to me like your speedo head isn't compatible with the signal from your antenna. Same problem I had with a used speedo and new antenna. Ended up buying a new speedo and worked perfect. No tattle tale hooked up yet either.

The antenna is the one that came with the gage.

The gage didn't come with the switch for the tattletale so I would need to get one is it just a on off neutral switch with two prongs or is it something special?
