She's back in the water after taking a year off! Last year we had the transom completely redone, they split the boat in half to get at it. Rides 100% more solid now that the rub rail screws are all new which is nice. Spent some time and ceramic coated it this spring which was a pain but seems like it was totally worth it. Makes a bit of a clunking noise every so often when its in gear around 1000 rpm, almost sounds like when they took the motor off they didn't adjust the cables properly when it was put back on? Any thoughts?

Hey Perl, do you mind if I ask what it cost to have the deck and transom rebuilt? I recently picked up a 72 Glastron GT CV-16 with a Johnson 115 v4 and she's got some pretty bad rot. At this point I keep going back and forth if I'm gonna get into fixing it or if I'm gonna hafta sell it. I really love the boat and would love to fix it up. I'm just dreading tearing it apart

Hey, transom and floor was about $2,500 if I remember correctly. We got a bit of a deal because we were not in a rush and told the guy to do it whenever he had time.

So fixed the "clunking" noise. Had to adjust the shift cable it was not pulling it fully into gear.
My next question - Early 90s Mercury 135 Blackmax Trim
So no leaking fluid from the trim pump, the motor doesn't drop when it is left for extended periods of time, and it trims up fine at slow speed. The issue is when you are at full throttle it doesn't have the power to trim the motor up past level. Any thoughts on this?
