Yes, the marine exhaust tubing that is corrugated works fine...have used it for other boats that have somewhat of an exhaust misalignment issue.

Thanks for the replys everyone. Im gonna give this a shot and see if i smell any burning rubber. Been a car guy for years and Ive smelled lots of burning rubber (I love the smell of a good burnout and race fuel )

held 5k rpm for about 4 mins, pretty rough ride though, no burning found. I did this twice down and back...lol

i have the wedges in my boat.. I think i have the medium size ones and they work nice. no leaks or probs with the riser bolting down.. I actually need the thicker set if you're interested in buying my current set. PM me if interested

i went back and looked.. i have the 1/2" ones.

If I recall correctly --- max wot for the Merc 5.0 MPI is 5K rpms.

3 blade SS 19 or 21 pitch is that correct ? What brand ?
