One of the reasons of many why I am doing this. For one totally alot better EMI / RFI suppression and 2 complete better quality and 3 so much cheaper than what Merc is selling.

Plug wires in boats do not last like they do in cars. For one heat soak / with no air hitting the engine ever. And inside engine compartment emissions. Also fuel vapor over time does attack rubber components. . They are an ignition component and all that stuff has a time limit as a wearable as its weakens. Along with father time.

Still not sure if the IAC installed is running correctly. Does not surge like the port engine. Have a Hitachi on standby. Replacing bellows and gimbal bearings next week, 1992 Fountain needs maintainence ......Thanks guys.....
