Here is my last sbc 377cid build with same duration camshaft. Comp xe262. 218/224.110 lsa. Hydraulic flat tappet. It made over 1hp per cubic inch with tiny 155cc intake runner.https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...42e7ea5997.jpg

Professional engine builders usually recalls tight lsa cams with tiny valves/ports. Would be nice to see the Seamans engine dyno sheet, with tighter lsa cam instead of wide 112lsa. I think the 1hp per cubic inch would be found there.

I did my 454's w/ a 110 lsa,230,236 on semi opened ovals ported to death,victor jr and a 930 bolaw's carb,1 made 524hp other made 521hp,,both had rough 517tq,,to suckers ran good,very snappy in my boat.
