Cheap and obvious, but it’s amazing how long I went as well as others using a plain screwdriver. Pulling the pipes off the water pump is 10x easier.

The latest best thing that I’ve done is putting stainless studs on the end bolts of the exhaust to hold the headers. The gaskets drop right in and installing the remaining bolts are a cinch instead of trying to hold 30 pounds while searching for a bolt hole.
