that's my plan, I was just curious if he dammed his jacket on the tail at the header and If the water flow was natural or being "pushed" by the exhaust. It looks like the bung or pipe is welded in on a little angle so it directs the water flow.

the extension tub is NOT jacketed, just a 4 inch dia tube . water dumps into tube and blow out back.

i have never water in the oil from reversion issues,
yea outlets are on a angle, can post better pic later today.
i also added a dump off headers, so there is no water laying in my headers.
so after i done with a run , i open a drain , and drain headers.

Well I appreciate everyone's help and flash for the pics of your setup, I had the parts in my shopping cart to basically do the same thing. Although not really in the budget atm, I've got a big boat trip coming up and REFUSED to miss it due to this issue. So I broke down and ordered a set of EMI Thunders with dry tails this morning. I know I'll lose a little power with the setup, but I couldn't beat the price and happy I shouldnt have to mess with it anymore!
