Default AC Condensate Venturi style drain

Has anyone made or do you know of the fitting that connects to your AC water circulation "out" / "Overboard" for the drain pan on the AC unit?

Hard time finding one, Marvair makes one for the low, low price of $339 dollars.

Last piece of my puzzle so that I can wrap up my AC install.

I would bet you can make one with a monoflow tee and check valve for a fraction of the $339 cost

The ac drain would go in the 1/2'' branch the return arrow would point overboard

I put that type of device on my Outlaw years ago (20ish). I am wanting to say it was called "condensater" at the time and not overly expensive. It worked as advertised as well. May have been from "Mermaid Air".?

A 500gph (1.8m3/hr) HVAC water pump will dictate a 3/4" plastic Chinese venturi injector. See link below. You may or may not need to play with the check valve spring.

Fertilizer Injector, Venturi Garden Irrigation Device Kit, G3/4 Fertilizer Injector Switch Water Tube Kit

I just had a customer call me about this very issue. Their pump was the issue in this case but he told me about this:

I just plumbed this into the condensate pan, and T-Ed it into the overboard discharge hose. Works GREAT. never a drop in the pan….. got so tired of the condensate ending up in the bilge….

Sooooo, after hours (days) of searching and dicking around, I broke down and bought this setup. It was $250, but I felt between buying fittings, testing, and the time I had spent searching for a solution - I cut my losses and bought the above kit.

It was a pretty simple install once you figure out how to route everything. That AC project kinda took me through the ringer a bit, but I finished it last Sunday.
