16.5 hr drive one way sucks for sure. I did the long haul to pick up a pair of motors couple years ago. Everything looked good until the I really looked into them. They were worn out, had leaky carbs, bad water pumps, bad sea pump on one, list goes on and on. Both are refreshed and waiting to finish the minor details, going to splash in a couple weeks.

wow man beautiful set up you got there! I was hours away from splashing mine for the first time since rescuing my Cigarette! Right before I was to go to the water I thought to myself I’m gonna start these things up again and let them run a little while on the pipe….. glad I did cause they finally ran long enough to build up a little heat and they both filled up full of water ….. still in depression lol!

If that happens here, they will be for sale and the old power will get refreshed and go back in. These were ran on the dyno for break in and power pulls. I had him do several runs to be sure they were solid and tuned. Besides they sound really nice!
