Thank you all for your valuable help The weather being less cold, I went to the hall. I removed the valve covers, the spark plugs. With strong lighting, I saw on of the lifters are the model with the tie bar !!!! The valve of cylinder n° 2 has the most gap https://dai.ly/k77bofoxdFlnmtCjfOu Thanks |

how long have you run that engine?there sure doesn't look like oil has gotten to the top end.

The lifters are like the Johnson picture. Thanks for this reference Recently during winterising, I requested an oil analys. The result is good |

You know I would go through and readjust them all and fire the motor up, see how it sounds.
Sutphen does have a good comment, sure doesn't look like any oil in the top end, what is up with that? What was/is your oil pressure at idle and running? |
are you sure you have the oil lines on right?I'd check that
