TRS sloppy steering issue

My 1983 TRS drive has a lot of wobble. My gimbal is good but this bushing is really loose and I think it is to blame
What is this piece called and do I have to disassemble the whole steering system to fix it?

Ayuh,..... That's not yer problem,..... That's the valve that tells the P/S system to push, or pull, 'n how hard too,.....
If there's no play there, the P/S system won't work,.....
The slop you see with the motor off, goes away when the motor is running, making P/S pressure,....

That confirms what others have said as well. Great, because I now have one less thing to fix. Eventually I will get full hydraulic
