Stripped the boat down and repainted. Installed a Potter 700 EFI, HP gimbal, XR upper, Imco shorty, new switch panel,upgraded fuel system, 280 tabs,custom solid motor mounts, 2 midship pop up cleats and a hand full of other upgraded.

Love my 38 ZR. Very nimble. This pic was taken at the 1,000 Island poker run a couple of years ago. The boat spends summer on the Great Lakes in Canada and winters in SW Florida.
I also enjoy seeing some of the older Donzi restorations. Some neat historical projects in the thread. Thanks for posting them.
