The potty cover gives the cabin an unfinished look. Also those black throtles are not nearly as flashy. Is this what thy had to do to keep costs down?

I am not really sure if the black throttle and shifter is something they did just for the Miami boat show. I would have to guess that it was. And I would also guess that the production boat would have some sort or cover over the front of the porta potty.

On 3/9 it is posted that a 288 XRT has been sold. This is a boat that is not even in production and it is due for delivery the end of april. Remember Sunsationis not a producton boat company. Have you even seen the graphics package you have been waitong for? If not I would get my money back and move on to a Sunsation (or a boat company that wants your business). Clearly Donzi does not have their act together for custom orders. Remember Sunsation will take photos of the process and give you tours of the plant any day of the week.

I am sad to say this because I like the boat and I really was excited to see this come together but "CUT YOUR LOSSES AND MOVE ON!"

If Sunsaton is not your cup of tea, Bananna boat is starting productio on 28's and Sutphen Performance group will be breaking ground on their 277 soon as well and they are both very accessible on this site and on the phone. Think about it.

Peace,
Rob

No, I am currently boatless. I am paying off a few bills so I can afford what I want rather than buy what I can afford now.

I just see how this deal is going and I feel bad for Andy. I put myself in his positon and I would move on to a company that wants to take care of me. Andy seems to be a reasonable person, he deserves a reasonable answer to when his boat will be built and delivered.

I certainly agree that he needs an answer but I don't think that I would advise him to walk away from a deposit and bust a deal unless I knew the terms of his sales contract.
