The order is still pending, although I am trying to make a deal on a 35.

Do yourself a favor and put the order on hold until you have test ridden in both boats. My guess is after riding in a 35 you would quickly lose interest in the 27.

Update: I signed a deal on a 2008 35ZR. I would like to give a special thanks to all at Shipyard Marine in Wisconsin for everything they have done to help me through the process over the last months. The guys at Shipyard were able to step up to the plate and make something happen when the 27 just seemed to be dead in the water. After everything I have gone through, I feel I wound up with much better deal in the long run with the 35 ZR.

Andy: GREAT choice you will love the 35 ZR much better then the 27ZR, better in rough water and you won't look to up-grade 2 years from now. Best Of luck with her
