Jerry tested the boat with 37 wheels but they were too big. He was only pulling 5000 rpm. He dropped the boat off in Sarasota at Doug Valentine's Performance International last week. The boat went there because Doug has access to about any prop we need and he is also going to do that tweak to the hull that we discussed earlier in the thread if need be once he gets it propped out. Doug is also changing out the red panels to the gray/silver to match the seats. After thinking about it the red panels make it look a little too choppy for me. We are also looking hard at putting new canopies on her. Hope to have some more test results by the end of the week.

But after all of that I am looking forward to doing the FMO runs in it late fall/winter.

The newer style canopies are awesome! Mine has those and they are crystal clear and distortion free. Doug will make that boat perfect, he knows what "tweaks" were made from yours to mine to make that hull perfect.
I would bet a 36 is what you need. I swing a 35 with my 700's and with you having a bit more hp combined with the Arnesons, you can probably go a bit bigger.
