Yes I cut them out of that one big sheet pictured. Bought it from composite envisions in Wausau, WI. I think this stuff was .120” thick. Diamond jig saw blades and hole saws and lots of drill bit sharpening. Dulls bits and blades pretty quick but way easier to work with than carbon kevlar. Brother in law clear coats carbon parts all day so he did me a solid and cleared them for me and made a completely one off glove box lid.

You can also get veneers from composite envisions with the 3m adhesive already on the back side. That is what I used for the breaker panel in the cabin.

What switches did you use? The buttons I keep finding are only rated for 3-5 amps

I can agree with every word you said in that statement!!! I just finished my AT earlier this year and it was a long process doing most of it myself. You will learn that there is not a whole lot to taking the boat apart once you get started and most things are easy to do yourself if you just take the time to try. Congrats on a job very well done!!

Looks Great 👍. Who did the carpet? Did you permanently remove the toilet from the head?

Absolutely Gorgeous!!
Can't wait to see more pics. I love what you did with the relocation of the keys. I always hated where Donzi mounted the keys on the ZR's. Such a pain in the ass when you have a boat full of people and your trying to either start the boat or turn it off.

Where are they normally?
I didn't see them in the before pics.
